Refund Policy

At Study Friend, our goal is to keep things simple, fair, and student-friendly. We want you to feel confident about your purchase, and we're here to help if something doesn't feel right.

1. Monthly Subscription

We offer a low-cost monthly plan. Because of the nature of digital content and instant access, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle begins. However, if you feel something didn't work as expected, reach out — we're happy to listen.

2. Yearly Subscription

If you purchased a yearly plan and change your mind within the first 7 days, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send us a message at contact@studyfriend.me with your account email and reason for the refund. We'll review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Play Store & PayPal Refunds

If you subscribed via Google Play or PayPal, you may also request a refund directly through those platforms — depending on their respective policies.
